A colega Joana Godinho juntou-se à Reunião da Angle North Altlantic que aconteceu em Lisboa entre os dias 29 de março e 1 de abril e ainda aproveitou para fazer uma pequena entrevista ao Presidente da Reunião, Ron Bellohusen. Segundo lhe confidenciaram, a organização escolheu Lisboa por ser uma cidade bonita, com um óptimo clima, bons restaurantes, boa comida e bom vinho. E muitos membros aproveitaram para visitar Portugal de norte a sul.
What is the Angle Society North Atlantic Component?
The Angle North Atlantic component of the Angle society is one of the 7 components of the National Angle society. The national society has about 750 members and they represent the very best that our specialty has to offer.
Why did you choose Portugal for this meeting?
Our component had a tradition of having every third meeting overseas and one year in a city and one year in a resort. We are doing overseas meeting more often now with our international membership.
What do you think is the future of the specialty?
The specialty has a brilliant future, different from what we have known but brilliant!
Any advice for the young and new Orthodontists?
Young orthodontists have a great future and they should do everything in their power to maintain the highest standards of care for our patients.
